Road Tanker Lining

The broad chemical resistance and physical properties of the Sprayglass vinyl ester glass flake range makes them the ideal solution for ISO tanks and road tanker barrels carrying corrosive acid effluent.
 
As well as offering enhanced corrosion protection the inclusion of the glass flake reinforcement modifies the expansion and contraction characteristics of the lining to more closely match that of the substrate which allows the lining to operate at elevated temperatures.
 
The glass flake lining can be specifically matched to the likely cargoes of the barrel or ISO tank whilst the lining’s excellent chemical / temperature resistance can offer short term protection against rogue cargoes and elevated temperatures. The reparatory characteristics of the glass flake linings allows for an inspection / maintenance regime which can greatly extend the service life in the harshest of environments.
